Quality Technical Manager
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for Development and Maintenance of Quality Certification
ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 18000, ISO TS;
• Responsible for product homologation and maintenance procedures;
• Responsible for Development and Maintenance of all Technical and Normative Product certifications;
• Responsible for maintaining the Quality and Research and Development laboratory (Instrument Management, Calibration Management, Efficiency Management, Management of all tests and Tests);
• Responsible for issuing product/production verification/control and testing procedures;
• Responsible for issuing Product Technical Specifications, reviewing and managing them;
• Responsible for Product and Quality Technical Communication with customers and the TT team;
• Autonomously interacts with customers/agents for the development of new products, to propose new technical solutions, for the solution of product problems;
• Participate when requested in visiting the customers and/or potential customers;
• Responsible for maintaining all the technical product and quality documentation of the Company.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or H.S. diploma in Electronics / Electrical with strong work experience);
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 18000, ISO TS, Integrated Systems, Quality Systems & Quality Standards, CEI Regulations, etc.;
• Very good knowledge and command of spoken and written English
• Autonomous capacity of planning the activities;
• Well-structured and able to coordinate technical projects and activities;
• Available to travel for visiting the Clients and supporting technically the Sales in the after-sales activities, complaints, product and process development.
